/UCW/ VANCOUVER, BC – The world’s largest online seafood trade platform, Gfresh, will be signing an industry-first agreement with the China Certification and Inspection Group Canada (CCICCA) at the 2016 BC Seafood Expo. Gfresh’s CEO and Co-founder, Anthony Wan said the agreement would give Canadian exporters on the online platform the “quickest and easiest trade route into China yet.”
Following this agreement, suppliers on Gfresh will be given the assurance that their goods are customs passable before even leaving their Canadian departure port. They’ll also be able to offer their Chinese trade partners the quickest and most direct trade possible as potentially weeks are shaved off the time taken to get seafood from suppliers into China’s booming market.
The two organizations will be signing the agreement 3.30 PM, Friday the 10th of June at the 2016 BC Seafood Expo Tradeshow area at the Best Western Hotel in Courtenay, Vancouver, BC.
Gfresh facilitates live and fresh seafood trade between Canada and China. The company has processed over 100 million Australian Dollars in seafood transactions in 2015 and is rapidly becoming the worlds largest seafood trading platform.
