/UCW/ OMAHA, NE – First National Technology Solutions (FNTS), the recognized leader in the managed IT services industry, today announced Ralph Wasner as its new chief technology officer. In this role, Wasner will lead FNTS’ long-term technology strategy as it continues to evolve its data center service offerings.
Wasner joins FNTS with over 30 years in the IT industry, specializing in redefining processes and technology offerings to better serve customers. Most recently, Wasner served as vice president of technology and operations at HGS, where he worked with several telecom companies to deploy new technologies in order to reduce overhead and improve customer focus.
In addition to Wasner, the company recently restructured its executive team in order to best support its mission, culture and strategic direction. In August, FNTS announced Kim Whittaker as president and Dan Caldwell as chief operating and financial officer.
“In 2017, we plan to further leverage next-gen technology and automation to provide an elevated personal experience for customers and a higher level of client service,” said Kim Whittaker, president of FNTS. “With his tenure in the industry and his innovative approach to managed services, Wasner will certainly play a critical role in taking FNTS to the next level.”
“As technology continues to advance and data center demands increase, there’s prime market opportunity for managed services,” said Wasner. “I’m proud to join a company that strives to not only help its clients stay on the cutting edge of technology adoption and usage, but also provide a more personalized experience.”
