Grappa Ristorante will be hosting two elegant, intimate dinner seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The first seating features a deliciously prepared four-course dinner and dining experience with pleasing piano music by Lou Montelione for $75 per person (includes tax & gratuity). The second dinner seating, from 9:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., includes a specially prepared five-course dinner, champagne toast at midnight with party favors, and dancing music by the Lou Montelione Quartet, priced at $135 per person (includes tax & gratuity).

The Tap Room will host an evening of fun and dancing with DJ Extraordinaire from 8:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. Included in this fun-filled, rockin’ New Year’s party is a fabulous champagne toast, party favors, hors d’ouevres, and a selection of wine, beer, and soda for $75 per person (includes tax & gratuity).

Guests at any of the Somerset Hills Hotel’s New Year’s celebrations can safely enjoy their New Year’s celebration by planning in advance for an overnight stay at the special discounted rate of $125 (plus taxes) for double occupancy.
