/UCWE/ - The official launch of Superfighter including announcement of complete details of its premiere event -- a heavyweight tournament Sunday, July 9 in Melbourne, Australia (airing Saturday, July 8 in North America) -- will be Monday, May 22 in New York City with a host of fighters and sports celebrities in attendance.

The news conference and launch event will take place in at Gotham Hall, 1356 Broadway at 34th St at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. All of the fighters in the July 9 tournament are expected to be on hand for the launch of this exciting and innovative boxing event. The event will also be streamed live at 11:30 a.m. to boxing, sports and entertainment reporters worldwide.
