/UCWE/ - It looks like rapper Earl Simmons better known as DMX had another run in with the law on Friday but this time it was in Scottsdale, Arizona. The 35-year-old rap star was tagged for carrying a concealed gun outside of a nightclub called “Buzz” in Scottsdale.

Police stood by and watched carefully as Simmons took a gun from his holster and put it underneath the seat of his car, which incidentally is a 1964 Chevy convertible. With no permit for the gun Simmons received a misdemeanor citation from the police and he is due in court on July 21, 2006.

This is the third run in with the law for Simmons in just a few weeks.
