/UCWE/ - Michael Jackson cannot seem to keep himself out the courtroom spotlight as he is leading his sideshow straight to a Santa Monica courtroom. This is for the jury selection in a $3.8 million case between Jackson and one of his former business associates who is also a porn film producer, F. Marc Schaffel.
The jury selection was originally scheduled to begin on Monday but was postponed until Wednesday. The suit alleges that Jackson owed Schaffel for unpaid loans and work on a charity record and two TV specials that equate to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The lawyer for Schaffel claims that Jackson received cash from Schaffel in paper bags at the request of Jackson.
Now Michael Jackson was tried and by some stroke of luck was acquitted in his Child Abuse case last year, why would he find a need to work with a porn producer for a charity record or a TV special?
This just seems odd but it is the latest in the Michael Jackson saga.
