/UCWE/ - Rap star Earl Simmons aka DMX showed up at a White Plains courtroom on Thursday only to find himself being directed to a prison cell. After failing to appear at a hearing in court  Judge Barbara Leak ordered DMX to be taken into custody, this is just the latest in the DMX saga.
 
As they say when it rains it pours, and it is pouring for DMX. According to reports his bail has been set at $25,000. Even after his lawyer Stacey Murray pleaded her case that Simmons was taken ill when he was supposed to appear in court didn’t help in the least. The judge was already heated and was not about to bend over backwards again for Simmons.
