/UCWE/ - On February 19, 2011, Playboy Cover Model, Maxim Model and co-host of HDnet's "Get Out" Lana Tailor will be coming out and fighting for a cause at the First Annual "Fighting for a Cause" Red Carpet Event benefiting the non-profit ogranization Knock Out Dog Fighting being held at The Falcon Hollywood 7213 Sunset Blvd, Hollywood California at 8pm.

About Lana Tailor:

An established trained actor; Lana Tailor is a French Canadian; born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario; she is fluently bilingual.

Miss Tailor has performed in a wide range of productions across Canada, United States and even Mexico since her tender years. Always being involved in the arts, Lana proved she had a significant passion for dramatic play when she continuously wowed the crowds during her performances on an improv team in 2002-2004. She and the team were awarded the Championship winners of the entire province 2 years in a row.

At the age of fourteen, Lana did her first of many commercials. Four short years later, she became a cover model for the classy pin-up magazine, Playboy. She was nominated for Model of the Year, and graced the cover yet again a 2nd time. Lana began to impress the public with her photogenic abilities, and was asked to grace her petite frame on several fitness magazines. Miss Tailor’s reputation continued to grow when she was cast as the lead actress for all of 3 hit TV spots. One of which was for a Comedic-Sexy Drama TV Series, Lingerie on Cinemax. Another TV Series was quick to catch the rising star for a lead role in a show called "Doin’ Costa Rica". Lana had no intention on stopping there as she went straight to a third TV Series for HDNET "Get Out! Canada".

To add to her chart, this wunderkind has been asked to represent several brands in 2011. Let’s see if she accepts!

Her passion for the arts has made multi-tasking a breeze. To prove it, she is currently in the mist of co-producing a workout video with many high profiled names which will be available by fall 2011.

Ensuring that her craft is at its best, Lana continues to train with several acting coaches (both privately and in-class sessions). One of her coaches is world renowned actor-producer-director, Walter Alza who had worked alongside of 50 Cent in the movie "Get Rich Or Die Trying".
