Obama Lays Down The Law With Libya : Withdraw or Face UN-Backed Air Strikes
/UCWE/ - US President Barack Obama has handed down a non-negotiable ultimatum to Muammar Gaddafi to grant an immediate ceasefire. If Gaddafi does not allow a pull back from Libyan rebel strongholds and let humanitarian assistance enter the region then they will face the full force of UN backed and endorsed air strikes.

Now Moussa Koussa, Gaddafi's foreign minister, stated that they would accept a ceasefire following the the resolution that was passed by the UN security council late Thursday night.

So the terms are clear Gaddafi must stop all attacks against civilians, his troops must pull back from Ajbadiya, Misrata and Zawiya, he must cease the advancement of his troops, he must allow water, electricity and gas supplies to reach all areas and he must allow humanitarian assistance to commence.
