/UCWE/ Rock band emaneht creates an E-Bay auction to let someone put a message/image on their guitar player’s shirt for a live national TV performance on G4 TV on April 8th.
Pop-alternative band emaneht is literally giving one lucky E-Bay winner the “shirt off their back” by preceding the group’s live national television performance on G4-TV’s new program Attack Of The Show, with a 2-week E-Bay auction for “t-shirt space” worn by the band’s lead guitarist. The winning bidder will e-mail the band a picture and customized message that gets transferred onto the shirt worn by the band’s guitarist Chris Jacobson during the live TV broadcast. After the performance the show’s hosts and emaneht will sign the shirt and mail it to the winner. The E-Bay auction begins on Sunday March 27th and ends on April 5th. Producers of the G4 program are excited to see emaneht reaching out to the station’s tech-savvy audience by combining all aspects of media-culture into a single performance. The band sees this as a way for an individual to use the space to say hello to friend, get their face on national television or give some techno-geek a clever way to offer a marriage proposal.
